Terrell Owens & Freddie Mitchell Rip Donovan McNabb, Again

Terrell Owens is at it again, taking shots at his former QB. T.O. was interviewed by former Eagles' teammate/clown Freddie Mitchell on 97.5 the Fanatic today.

Owens and Mitchell both took some swipes at Eagles quarterback Donovan McNabb, with Owens suggesting that McNabb is the reason he left and Mitchell hinting that he wished McNabb would have played as well in the Eagles' Super Bowl loss to the Patriots as Owens did.

"The city wasn't big enough for two people," Owens said. "Freddie can attest to my character, my interactions with the team and the way I carried myself in the locker room, and I have no regrets about anything. Would I have liked to have continued staying there and playing? Of course I would have. But it's unfortunate that a few things happened."

Said Mitchell of the Super Bowl, "T came to the game and he was prepared and everything else, and for whatever reason I didn't see a sense of urgency coming from Five."

Will Owens ever just move on? So far it looks like he's still being a big baby.

As for Freddie, maybe he can gain enough viewers from this to pay off his child support debts. Maybe if he puts down McNabb enough, people will forget that he is an NFL reject, and dead beat dad.

You can listen to the interview in it's entirety below. That is if you have 23 minutes of your life to waste.

Randy Moss Gets In Fight With Camera Guy

Randy Moss frustrated, while being blown out by the New Orleans Saints on Monday Night, got into a sideline altercation with a camera dude. Words were exchanged, and Moss had to be restrained by team mates, and coaches from attacking the nerdy looking fellow.

Apparently this guy got too close for comfort, and invaded Moss's personal space. Moss quickly reminded the cam guy that he once ran over a cop in Minnesota, and he would have no issue back handing him. "My pimp hand way strong foool!"

Super Bowl XXXIX 4th Quarter Video - Proof That Donovan McNabb Did NOT Throw Up In The Super Bowl

This is the entire 4th quarter of Super Bowl XXIX(Eagles vs Patriots) in it's original broadcast. Many have claimed that Donovan McNabb threw up in this game late in the fourth quarter. I have argued with countless dopes in chat who say they saw this happen during the game, but when I called them out, nobody could provide video evidence of this event occurring.

The fact is Donovan McNabb did not throw up at all. What happened was exactly what Terrell Owens claimed happened. Donovan got tired. I don't blame him for getting tired after he dropped back to pass 52 times, and was running for his life most of the game. He took some nasty hits from Richard Seymour, Teddy Bruschi, Willie McGinest, and the rest of the New England defense all game.

Now if you can see on this video where McNabb threw up, please comment this, and note the exact time on the video where it took place. Good luck finding it. You will have better luck helping OJ Simpson find the real killers of Ron and Nicole.

Cool 2009 NFL Wallpapers With Schedule

The user Hawk Eyes on flickr has some serious photo shop skills. They made some kick ass NFL wallapers. I have the Eagles one as mine right now. Sorry not every team is available.

Al Davis Crypt Keeper

First round pick for a 30 year old defensive lineman who doesn't fit your scheme. BRILLIANT!!!

Seymour doesn't even want to report to Oakland lol. How sad is that?

Greg Lewis Impact Player LMFAO

classic!!!^^^^ LOL

Great call Pats Beat Writer

Patriots Cut Greg Lewis

Former Eagles shitty wide receiver Greg Lewis was told to go home, and not come back by the New England Patriots. G-Lew backed up what I had been saying for months that he is an awful football player, by having a poor preseason. Lewis only caught 3 passes for 58 yards.

I tried telling many Pats fans that Greg Lewis does nothing well, but they all insisted that this was a genius move. Greg Lewis is small, weak, runs poor routes, dumb, can't block, can't catch, can't return kicks or punts, and can't do anything right on special teams.

Greg Lewis is really poison to a football team. He does nothing well, and makes sure to screw your team in critical situations.

Eagles fans will always remember the 3 big catches he made in the 2004 playoffs, including the final touchdown in Super Bowl XXXIX. Since then he has done nothing but torture Eagles fans with pathetic play.

After making the original Saturday cut Lewis said,
“Things happen. You just have to deal with them’’.
Sounds like even G-Lew was surprised he made the team at first. lol

Thanks for the 5th round pick New England. :-)

Good luck finding a WR lol

Vick Placed On Exempt List As Eagles Get To 53

To get to the league-mandated 53-man roster limit by Saturday's 6 PM deadline, the Eagles have made the following moves ...

The Eagles waived ... CB Trae Williams, CB Jack Ikegwuonu, DE Bryan Smith, DE Josh Gaines, LB Tank Daniels, FS Reshard Langford, WR Danny Amendola, RB Lorenzo Booker, C Dallas Reynolds, G Paul Fanaika, G Mike Gibson, TE Rob Myers, FB Marcus Mailei and FB Kyle Eckel. These players are now subject to waivers.

The Eagles released ... DT Dan Klecko, LB Matt Wilhelm and TE Matt Schobel. These players are now unrestricted free agents.

The Eagles placed QB Michael Vick on the Exempt/Commissioners Permission List. He will not be able to practice as long as he's on this list. He is eligible to play in Week 3 against the Kansas City Chiefs.

The Eagles placed OT Fenuki Tupou on injured reserve.

No real surprises here.

DE Bryan Smith a 3rd round pick from last year just got flat out played by Jason Babin. I never liked the Smith pick, because he was too undersized to ever be a starting DE in the NFL.

Lorenzo Booker was traded for a 4th round pick last year, and he has been a complete bust. He doesn't run well, he has bad hands, he can't block, and he can't play special teams. Booker has no purpose on this team.

Kyle Eckle lost his job when the Eagles signed Leonard Weaver. Good kid, but the Birds only keep 1 full back.

Josh Gaines, Danny Amendola, and Jack Ike are good practice squad candidates. Amendola played really well in the preseason, and may even get picked up by another team. He just got lost in the numbers game at WR.

The rumored deal of AJ Feeley to the Patriots did not happen. I heard Reggie Brown possibly being in the mix, and the Eagles wanting a tight end were offered Alex Smith. The deal did not happen, and now the report is the deal is near dead. Brown, Feeley, and Smith made the final cuts, and for now remain with their team. There still might be a trade in the works with other teams though. Look out for that.

Packers on Vick, Burgess to Patriots

Packers on Vick:

Some Green Bay Packer players today after morning practices when asked about Michael Vick stated that they would welcome him and his talent with open arms because the Packers are a 'Family' and everyone is treated like 'Family' in the Green Bay Packer locker room.

Burgess to Patriots:

In a trade today between the Raiders and Patriots - the Raiders sent DE Derrick Burgess to the Patriots for a (I believe) a 3rd and a 5th in next years draft. Patriots just added some more beef on their Defense. Great depth at LB/DE in NE.

Tom Brady

New England Patriots QB Tom Brady is the biggest star in the National Football League. He is also the best Quarterback in the National Football League too. I would gladly take Tom Brady over any QB in the entire NFL. Hes poised, strong armed, smart, and a great leader on and off the field.

There has been some talk amongst some fans that perhaps Tom Brady will not be the same Tom Brady we have seen in the past. They do have a point. I personally do not feel that Tom Brady will allow his injury to effect his mentality on the field. Tom Brady has always been known for his toughness and poise. When I think of Tom Brady I think of him as being a student of the game, tough, poised, focused. I do not think of Tom Brady as being the opposite - distracted and weak.

I strongly feel that Tom Brady will come back better than ever and I think Tom Brady will be ready to play this season with a chip on his shoulder. Watch out for Tom Brady folks. I think he will put up 4,500+ yards passing and over 35 touchdown passes with a QB rating of over 100.

If I have the #1 pick in my fantasy league this year, I am going with Tom Brady.

Fans need to remember. This is not Carson Palmer we are talking about. No offense to Bengals fans (Sorry X LOL) but this is Tom Brady - a much more poised, tough, focused QB. Tom Brady will do fine this year and he will do a very good job in my opinion.

Opinions are like assholes - and there will be some that disagree.

Boston Trophy Party

We know New England cheated to win their Super Bowls,
With cameras everywhere under Belichick's controls,
And now we learn the Red Sox did something even worse,
Since it was quite apparent they could never break the curse,

Ortiz came from Minnesota where he couldn't kill a fly,
Then he turned into Big Papi and now we know why,
The Boston fans were thinking there was magic in the air,
When it was just the needle hanging from his underwear,

Manny and Big Papi are like Belichick and Brady,
They'd do anything to win even if it's kind of shady,
What's next? Do we learn that the Celtics really cheated,
And the dirty fix was in when the Lakers they defeated,
At least it's pretty obvious the Bruins never lied,
Cause they wouldn't be successful even if they tried,
I tell you what the old Boston people would have done,
They'd have a trophy party with the titles they have won,

Gather up all the trophies and throw them in the sea,
Give the city back some respectability,
Tell the Rams and Carolina that you've got to do what's fair,
And give back to Philadelphia what's rightfully theirs,

Give the Colorado Rockies title number one,
Then hang your heads in shame for the wrongs that you have done,
I'd say to give the Cardinals a title but I'm sure,
That the Yankees would have won it all in 2004,

Manny and Big Papi are like Belichick and Brady,
They'd do anything to win even if it's kind of shady,
What's next? Do we learn that the Celtics really cheated,
And the dirty fix was in when the Lakers they defeated,
At least it's pretty obvious the Bruins never lied,
Cause they wouldn't be successful even if they tried,
I tell you what the old Boston people would have done,
They'd have a trophy party with the titles they have won...
